"Big Files Scanner" is built-in starting in macOS 10.12 you can see it by going to apple logo > about this mac > storage > manage. "detection of remaining files after deleting Apps" might save you a little bit of work, but it's not too hard to do on your own either (most apps store all their data in ~/library/application support/appname, so you can just delete that folder once you uninstall the app). "Clean temporary files" isn't something you typically need to do, "Empty Trash" is built-in to the OS (click on the trash and click the "empty" button). Looking at their website ( ), I'm not sure how much the app actually does. I don't know a whole lot about this app specifically, but cleaner apps in general tend to be kind of useless.
